How we work together
Natural materials move with the harvest and the exchange rate, so we quote live rather than from a fixed list. Send your volumes and we confirm stock across our warehouses first.
Samples ship against a sample fee, because the raw material is scarce. That fee comes off your first order placed within three months.
COA, MSDS and raw-material filing codes travel with qualifying orders — from 1kg for single oils, 25kg for carrier oils and hydrosols.
